Nicaraguan Screen 20
$20.00 – $60.00
Sweet flavours of toffee praline and honey with a delicate floral finish.
Some Nicaraguan coffees carry the designation ‘European Preparation’, this is grading on the bean size that ensures 100% of the coffee is above Screen 15; with an allowance of 8 defects per 300g maximum. Coffees grown between 1500 and 2000 MASL have the designation Strictly High Grown. [SHG]
Our range of Nicaraguan coffees include some delightful microlots sourced by us and our sister company. Every year we have seen stunning microlots out of La Bastilla Estate who produced the El Penon in 2015 and Blueberry Candy in 2016. This year’s Blueberry Candy is sensational, joined by two new Honey Processed microlots, Honey Buena Vista and Honey El Buey.
