Service & Training

As an ongoing service we will schedule regular visits to your café to troubleshoot any issues with your equipment or answer any questions your baristas might have. After you first sign up with us we also run a complimentary barista course for your staff, to make sure they are showcasing the quality of the beans. Our professional coffee educators will ensure your baristas can handle coffee in a way that will deliver optimum taste and presentation.

Extra Barista Training

Further training is available in our dedicated training room where, as a wholesale client, you will enjoy a 75% off the course costs.

Espresso Machines and grinders

We can supply espresso machines from leading manufacturers including WEGA, La Marzocco, Rocket and Slayer. For office coffee solutions we recommend Franke equipment – please contact us for further information.

Espresso machine and grinder rental packages may be available for approved customers on a minimum coffee supply and pricing agreement. We offer a grinder installed free-on-loan for most café clients.
