Elephant Bean Blend [Award Winner]

This newly developed blend has had its debut at the 2011 Sydney Royal Coffee Competition, part of the Sydney Royal Fine Food Shows. It has come away winning a Bronze medal in both categories it entered; Espresso and Cappuccino.

The blend, named for its supreme star ingredient, Nicaraguan Maragogype, is a delightful blend showcasing caramel and nutty flavours, combining earthy richness with sweet honey tones. A truly delicious cup, drunk both as a short black or with milk.
