With over 19 programmable menu options, it allows for a highly personalised coffee experience, while delivering exceptional temperature stability and precise brew control rarely seen in HX machines

The Mechanika Max delivers brew temperature consistency on par with a dual boiler machine, thanks to ECM’s Smart HX system. Equipped with two independent PID controls—one in the boiler and another at the brew group inlet—the system continuously monitors and regulates the actual brew water, ensuring the thermosyphon loop maintains the set temperature with exceptional accuracy.
