The Speedster is engineered for precision extraction, featuring a powerful 3.5L steam boiler, an independently heated brew boiler, and advanced PID control. This combination allows baristas to fine-tune recipes with unmatched temperature stability and responsiveness, thanks to a commercial-grade PID paired with a solid-state relay system for accurate, consistent heating.
Optionally equipped with the Idro-matic group, the Speedster unlocks a wide range of pressure profiling options. When paired with the inbuilt pre-infusion lever, it delivers a gentle, controlled water flow for full saturation of the coffee bed — enhancing flavour clarity and balance in every cup.
