Although I’ve spent my entire life around coffee, my passion for the boutique roasting industry was ignited when I used to sell green coffee with my dad’s company to the small little roasters popping up around Sydney. I could see the energy and vibrancy of this emerging market and I wanted to be a part of it!
Twenty-two years on I still love producing exceptional coffee for our clients and the fast-paced, passionate industry that we’re in. I get great satisfaction from changing people’s perception of how good a coffee can be through education about the sourcing process, roasting techniques and barista skills.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family, socialising with friends and spending time out on the water.
