I was a customer at Witham’s Coffee for many years before I was offered a position with the company. I started off as the roaster’s assistant involved in sorting, packing and organising despatch of coffee to customers. Over time I learnt how to roast our exotic range of single origin coffees, using different roast profiles to bring out the best flavours of each one.
I am now the Head Roaster for Witham’s which is a great position to have. I enjoy being able to supply our customers with such a high-quality product from bean to cup.
In my spare time, I enjoy motor sports, listening to music and being in the outdoors.
