2015 ended with a bang for us at Witham’s Coffee as we celebrated our amazing victory at the local Business Awards!
After making it into the group of finalists for the Hornsby/Upper North Shore local business awards we then had the opportunity to inform the judging panel details of our business through their finalists questionnaire. This involved questions such as products and services we offered, purpose of our business, why we started our business, environmental impact, community involvement, staff opportunities etc. We then had a mystery judge visit our premises to judge us on customer service, aesthetic appeal of our premises, cleanliness & hygiene, quality of products & services offered, our website and overall vibe of our business.
Well, the judges must have like what they saw, because on the night of the awards we WON our category of Specialised Business!
So happy with our win, we were oblivious that there was one final award of the night to be announced – Business of the Year. The Business of the Year is selected from the finalists of the 31 categories of the night, so a pretty big deal! Unbelievably, Witham’s Coffee were announced as the winners! We were so thrilled, what a wonderful acknowledgement of our teams efforts to provide quality coffee, outstanding customer service and an enjoyable customer experience. Thank you to our team of wonderful staff for helping us achieve this success!
